Inspired by Zenphilosophy, SPA brings body, mind, and soul in to a union with each other. The natural style of shapes of the slightly elevated and curved, accentuated seats invite people to float above the ground, in an environment where they can reflec t upon their true self. In perfect balance, SPA confronts modern, timeless design with an Asian style of shapes, placing an emphasis on spiritual comprehension of the world, on nature, and human beings in its design process. The Zen - inspired design of the SPA collection appreciates the expressive character of the bronze-colored DEDON fiber, which, with the addition of metallic color particles, reflects discreet lighting effects – a symbol of positive energy flow in the mindset of Asian cultures. Following the principles of the Far Eastern movement of solitude, the straight forward mesh structure has its foundation in the naturalness of a spiritual view. Illustrated in a clear design aesthetic and emphasizing the very essence of the collection, the new SPA daybed offers a calm and meditative place for the relaxation and restoration of one or two people.
